2 Year old Sales

The 2yo sale team is built around consistency in type and strength right throughout the catalogue enabling our clients to purchase quality affordable bulls from Lot 1-51.

We use the mantra that we wont put bulls up we aren’t happy to use across our own commercial cows. This consistency in our type of bulls is a window to the huge emphasis we base on our cow herd entirely farmed on native hill country at ‘Springvale’ Banks Peninsula. 

When selecting herd sires we believe it is extremely important to fit the sire to the farms capabilities and its environment and encourage our clients to identify only a few individual ebv’s and visual attributes at a time to massage into their cowherd, Over time once these have been established and proved profitable can the next set be introduced, and in the meantime you haven’t sacrificed or compromised your entire cowherd.  

The commercial market is our bread & butter and we value the close relationships formed with fellow farmers. However in recent sales a number of Bulls have been sold for Stud transfer including Sudeley Viking, Sudeley Barbarian, Sudeley Mustang, Sudeley Landcruiser, Sudeley Warrior, Sudeley Equity, Sudeley Gallipoli

We always ensure that all clients have the opportunity to view the bulls prior to the sale and we are on hand to work through the sale team with you to ensure you are confident and have all the necessary knowledge and information to make your decisions come sale day.
